Ingredients

4 ripe Avocados,

1 cucumber,

400 grams of cod,

200 grams of manioc flour,

3 feet cive (onions)

1 onion,

1 clove garlic,

oil

vinegar,

pepper.

Cut into two Avocados and emptying their flesh.

Dessaler cod by making it soak in cold water, then roast in the oven.

Chop finely cod, garlic, onion and cives add a little oil and vinegar, season with pepper.
